Kathryn Boyd Crabtree brings both legacy and a fresh perspective to the Atlanta market as a third-generation real estate professional. Kathryn was born and raised in Atlanta, and she is a graduate of The Lovett School. After earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and working as a CPA at PwC, Kathryn discovered her true calling in real estate, a profession shared by her mother, Kim Boyd, and grandmother, Holly Boyett. In 2014, she joined her mother to form The Boyd Team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, an award-winning partnership that has grown over the past 11 years into the brokerage’s top-producing small team.
Kathryn serves clients in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Decatur, Druid Hills and Dunwoody. Kathryn grew up in Buckhead and Brookhaven and resides in Buckhead. While she began her career helping first-time buyers, her business now spans a wide range of clients, primarily families making their second move, first-time buyers, grandparents relocating to Atlanta and downsizers seeking a new lifestyle.
Known for her “inbox zero” approach, Kathryn is highly responsive, available around the clock and committed to making every client feel prioritized. Much of her success comes from repeat business and referrals, a reflection of the strong personal relationships she builds throughout the process. Her background in accounting gives her an added edge, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision and attention to detail.
Beyond real estate, Kathryn is deeply involved in her community. She plays ALTA tennis at Capital City Club, enjoys mahjong with friends and volunteers at Peachtree Church, where she also teaches Sunday school. She is an active participant in her children’s preschool and serves on the board of the 300 Club of Atlanta. Kathryn and her husband are raising two young sons, Boyd and James, and she treasures balancing her career with family and community life.
